Tofu Zoodle Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- Zucchini Spirals
- Pan Fried Tofu
- Shredded Cabbage
- Red Onion
- Red Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Fresh Cilantro
- Jalapeño
- Vinaigrette Dressing
Instructions
- Spiralize zucchini and place in bowl.
- Pan fry tofu in oil over medium high until crispy.
- Add vegetables, herbs and seasoning to zucchini noodles. Top with pan fried tofu.
- Drizzle with dressing.
