Open-Faced Smoked Salmon Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • ¼ cup crème fraîche
  • 8 oz nova lox, thinly sliced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Lemon zest
  • Dill sprigs
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Spread crème fraîche on each slice of bread. Evenly arrange nova lox and radishes on bread. Garnish with lemon zest, dill and pepper.
