Dark Chocolate Trail Mix Bites

- 8 oz dark chocolate bar, chopped
- Dried fruit, chopped nuts and seeds
- Prepare parchment paper on counter.
- Place chopped chocolate in bowl and microwave for 60 secs. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until completely melted.
- Using a spoon, make about 24 small rounds of chocolate on the parchment paper. Top with dried fruit, chopped nuts and seeds while chocolate is still warm.
- Allow chocolate to cool to room temperature or place in refrigerator to cool quickly.
