Wild Salmon Burger with Lemony Dill Sauce & Avocado

Ingredients
Lemony Dill Sauce
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dill, chopped
Burger
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 wild salmon burger patties from our Seafood Department
- Avocado, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- Bib lettuce
Instructions
Lemony Dill Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Burger
- Cook salmon patty in skillet or on the grill until cooked through and browned.
- Toast hamburger buns.
- Spread Lemony Dill Sauce on one side of bun. Top with bib lettuce, salmon patty, avocado and red onion. Place bun on top.
