Fig Jam-Filled Baked Brie
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 5 oz Brie
  • 2 Tbsp fig preserves (or preserves of your choice)
  • 1 egg, beaten to create an egg wash
  • All-purpose flour, for rolling
  • Baguette slices or crackers, to serve
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Dust your counter with flour and roll out the puff pastry large enough to cover the brie. Place brie on puff pastry. Spread preserves on top. Wrap puff pastry around brie and preserves, forming a neat package. Brush top with egg wash.
  4. Bake until the top of puff pastry is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
