Simple Syrup
  • 1 part water
  • 1 part sugar
  • Cinnamon sticks, fresh mint leaves, ginger or berries (optional)
  1. Boil equal parts water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Optional: Add in cinnamon sticks, mint, ginger or berries and allow to simmer a little longer until flavor is infused into syrup. Strain before bottling.
  3. Allow to cool and place is a glass bottle and store in the fridge for up to a month.
