Serves: 24
  • 24 small rolls, split horizontally
  • 1 lb roast beef
  • ½ lb sliced provolone cheese
  • caramelized onions
  • 8 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic pepper
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place beef, cheese and caramelized onions on bottom halves of rolls; top with top halves of rolls. Place rolls in large baking pan.
  3. In mixing bowl, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic pepper. Brush on rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is soaked through rolls.
