Wild Salmon Burger with Lemony Dill Sauce & Avocado
Serves: 2
Lemony Dill Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dill, chopped
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 2 wild salmon burger patties from our Seafood Department
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Bib lettuce
Lemony Dill Sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  1. Cook salmon patty in skillet or on the grill until cooked through and browned.
  2. Toast hamburger buns.
  3. Spread Lemony Dill Sauce on one side of bun. Top with bib lettuce, salmon patty, avocado and red onion. Place bun on top.
