Oysters on the Half Shell with Pear Ceviche
  • 1 dozen oysters, shucked
  • 1 Asian pear, finely chopped
  • ½ an English cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp blended oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate at least one hour.
  2. Arrange 12 freshly shucked oysters on a bed of ice and spoon ceviche over each individual oyster. Serve and enjoy!
